How long will it take to receive my order?
Since all watches are made with care and precision, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. After your watch has been assembled and inspected, it will be dispatched directly to you. Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, I am happy to offer free delivery on all orders within the United States. It's my way of saying thank you for choosing Thompson Watches and supporting my small business.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your watch is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your order from my workshop to your doorstep. Next to that, you can always track your order and the status on this page.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your watch, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible, the watch must be unworn* and in its original packaging. Please visit the Return Policy page for more details, or contact me at support@thompson-watches.uk to start the return process.
*Unworn means the watch hasn't been worn out and about. Trying it on at home to check the fit is absolutely fine.
How should I care for my watch?
Each watch is crafted to last and with just a little care, yours will stay beautiful for years to come.
- Avoid moisture and extreme temperatures whenever possible
- Wipe the case and strap gently with a soft, dry cloth
- If your watch has a leather strap, condition the leather every few months to maintain its quality

Can I customise a watch?
Whilst I don't currently offer custom builds, I always love hearing your ideas. If you're looking for something specific, feel free to email me at support@thompson-watches.uk, and I'll let you know what's possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay securely using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes, contact me as soon as possible at support@thompson-watches.uk. If your watch has not yet been processed, I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
Important: Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.
